SaajKaree is a handcrafted label from Jaipur where art, karigari, and tradition come together. Each piece is handmade with love by Charu and local artisans — celebrating the grace, beauty, and heritage of Indian craftsmanship.
Orders & Customisation
Q. Are all SaajKaree products handmade?
Yes. Every product is crafted by hand in Jaipur using traditional techniques and locally sourced materials. Each piece carries the warmth and uniqueness of human touch — no two are ever exactly the same.
Q. Can I request custom orders or personalised designs?
Absolutely! We love creating pieces that hold meaning for you. You can message us directly on WhatsApp or Instagram with your idea, and we’ll discuss colour, size, or design customisations based on availability.
Q. How long does it take to make a product?
Since every piece is handmade, the usual processing time is 5–7 working days.
Customised orders may take slightly longer depending on design complexity. You can contact us in WhatsApp for special urgent orders.
Shipping & Delivery
Q. Do you provide International shipping?
Yes, we deliver worldwide through trusted courier partners.
Q. What are the delivery timelines?
Once your order is ready and dispatched, it usually reaches you within 4–6 working days, depending on your location.
Payments & Returns
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments through our secure Shopify payment gateway.
Q. Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery)?
COD is not available.
Q. What is your return or exchange policy?
Since each piece is handcrafted with care, we currently do not accept returns.
However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and package opening video, and we’ll resolve it immediately.

Q. How do I take care of my jewellery?
